One Time Web Transaction I hereby authorize the Paducah Sun to deduct from my bank account this one-time payment of my Paducah Sun bill as indicated above. I further authorize my bank or financial institution to deduct this one-time payment from my bank account. Please note that, in the event we are unable to secure funds from your bank account for this transaction for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient funds in your account or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by you when you submit your electronic payment, further collection action may be undertaken The Paducah Sun, including application of returned check fees to the extent permitted by law. I understand that I may obtain a paper copy of the electronic record of this authorization and of the Paducah Sun electronic records related to the debit entry covered by this authorization by contacting 270-575-8790. Recurring WEB Transaction You hereby authorize the Paducah Sun to initiate a recurring debit of all applicable subscription and service fees to your checking/savings account. The fee is currently 4.50 per month. Please note that you will see this charge on one line item on your bank statement. Credit Card Subscribers & Bank Transactions The Paducah Sun will continue to debit your account each month until you cancel your Internet Service account. You may cancel your service at any time by contacting The Paducah Sun at 270-575-8671. If a debit from your account is refused or if you revoke this authorization, The Paducah Sun will no longer provide services to you, unless you provide an alternative method of payment. The Paducah Sun will notify you, in writing, 30 days prior to any change in this monthly amount. The Paducah Sun reserves the right at any time to discontinue the availability of recurring debit payment.
